Frank Karim is a Senior Leadership & Development Consultant and Psychologist with extensive experience in clinical and organizational psychology.

Strategic advice and practical guidance

He has a history of supporting managers and organizations by implementing and improving quality assurance policies. Frank was previously the chief psychologist responsible for mental health services to the major Nordic insurance and pension companies. He also developed a system to measure employee mental health, organizational culture, and performance. 

Frank has mentored organizations and leaders from various company sizes nationally and internationally. He has been a trusted resource for organizations in crisis, and his experience includes interpreting survey data and training managers in effective follow-up processes. 

In addition to his work as a consultant and psychologist, Frank is fluent in five languages and can communicate on multiple levels. His multilingual skills enrich his approach to supporting individuals and organizations from different cultural backgrounds. 

He is recognized for his ability to coach managers, employees, and teams based on survey insights. Frank is dedicated to supporting individuals and organizations through strategic advice and practical guidance to address challenges related to team dynamics and collaborative culture.
