Fast Track is our accelerated leadership development approach for your leaders who receive a low score and need support to develop in their leadership role. By design Fast Track improves the personal leadership quality and supports the follow-up process within a short time frame. By involving the manager and HR you are ensured optimal impact, alignment and support.

On average the improvement effects for Fast Track participants is approx. 20-25 index points from the first leadership assessment before Fast Track to the second leadership assessment after completing Fast Track. In addition, the qualitative feedback from the participants is very positive.
